Originally from Canada, Rebekah relocated to Tanzania 15 years ago to work as a de-fluoridation water engineer. Unexpectedly, her path led her to become a yoga teacher. What began as casual gatherings in her home evolved into a journey of fostering meaningful connections with the individuals attending her yoga sessions.
Rebekah has devoted 13 years to teaching yoga, immersing herself in the ancient yoga tradition through 10 months of study in India. She has had the privilege of attending a live course with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and has dedicated 115 days to silent meditation retreats, both as a participant and as a volunteer.
Rebekah's teaching brings together precision of alignment, anatomical detail, and the fusion of yogic philosophy and scientific understanding.
With heartfelt gratitude, she shares the physical, psychological, and spiritual insights gained from her dedicated practice.
