Originally from Canada, I relocated to Tanzania in 2010 as a de-fluoridation water engineer. My journey took a transformative turn, leading me to become a yoga teacher. What began as casual gatherings in my home to foster meaningful connections ultimately led me to teach.
I spent 10 months studying yoga in India and was honoured to attend a live course with the Dalai Lama. I’ve also dedicated 122 days to silent meditation retreats as a participant and volunteer.
My teaching blends precision in alignment, anatomical detail, and the integration of yogic philosophy with scientific understanding. With heartfelt gratitude, I share the physical, psychological, and spiritual insights gained from my dedicated practice.
